When I first started Square One, Patisserie Mark Bennett was one of the businesses I reached out to. I never heard back.
Three years later, my phone rang. Like many growing businesses, the PMB team had been managing their social media in-house. They knew it was important, but between running a busy bakery, launching new products and serving customers, consistently creating content and posting online had become another job on an already very long to-do list. That’s where we came in.
